  • Bank Transfer – Customers may complete payment via direct bank transfer using the banking details provided at checkout. Orders paid by bank transfer will be processed once payment has been received and verified.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – For eligible orders, payment is collected upon delivery. Customers may pay using debit card or credit card at the time of delivery through our secure mobile point-of-sale (POS) terminal.

Naturally Us reserves the right to limit or refuse Cash on Delivery services based on the delivery location, order value, or previous order history.

Orders will not be processed or released until payment has been successfully received or confirmed, where applicable.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to weather, courier delays, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Naturally Us is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or unsuccessful delivery attempts.

9. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our personal care and wellness products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

If you receive:

  • or a defective product,

please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with your order number and photographs of the item. We will review your claim and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.
