Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

• Any product from our Feminine Health Collection, including but not limited to boric acid suppositories, yoni washes, yoni oils, yoni steam herbs, yoni pearls, and other intimate wellness products.

• Any item that has been opened, used, tampered with, or damaged after delivery.

• Gift cards or promotional items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us with:

• Your order number.

• A description of the issue.

• Clear photographs of the product and packaging.

We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund, as appropriate.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on the part of Naturally Us or the item arrived damaged or defective.
