At Naturally Us, we are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. Please read our Shipping Policy before placing your order.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed or, for eligible Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, after the order has been confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Within Jamaica
We currently deliver islandwide across Jamaica.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and courier availability. Estimated delivery times are:

Other Parishes: 2–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
International Shipping
Naturally Us ships to select international destinations. Shipping availability, delivery times, and shipping fees vary depending on the destination country.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by their local customs authority.
Shipping Fees
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination, order size, and shipping method selected.
Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, including the recipient's name, address, and contact number.
Naturally Us is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional delivery charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available in selected areas within Jamaica.
For COD orders, payment is accepted only by debit card , credit card or Cash using our secure mobile point-of-sale (POS) terminal at the time of delivery.
Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, customers will receive shipping updates or tracking information once their order has been dispatched.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery cannot be completed due to the customer being unavailable, providing an incorrect address, or being unreachable, Naturally Us may charge an additional delivery fee for re-delivery.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged or if any items are missing, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs (if applicable). We will investigate and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
